Successful operations in Phuket and Hua Hin have provided the
incentive to expand across the whole of Thailand. We now
have operations starting in Pattaya to cover both
residential and commercial property.
The new managing Director of the Pattaya office, Paul Bart is keen to build on the existing success of the group. He says, “We will launch in Pattaya very soon with a marketing and branding campaign the likes of which real estate in Pattaya has never seen before! We plan to become a major league real estate agent in Pattaya and surrounding areas by the year end through a dynamic and professional service. This will be fully supported by my colleagues in our successful other offices.
Pattaya is a booming area of Thailand for both residential and commercial real estate. Only 50 minutes from the new Bangkok airport, it has 20 golf courses, 7 international schools, 15kms of beachfront, 19 industrial estates, 12 shopping centres and 7 nearby islands offering pristine beaches and virgin dive sites.

The Pattaya office of Thailand Property Shops is to be run by Paul Bart.
Paul brings with him a wealth of business experience to this
latest jewel in the crown of the real estate leader,
Thailand Property Shops. A graduate of Cambridge University
with an MA in languages and psychology, Paul has combined a
successful sales career in the UK with extensive travel
across Thailand and Asia.
In the UK, Paul set up and ran several real estate offices for a major real estate brand before establishing his own consulting business with clients across the world. He has a passion for Thailand like so many of us and will now settle in the Pattaya area to run this office for Thailand Property Shops.
Of this exciting challenge, Paul said, “I have total confidence in the Thailand Property Shops formula for selling real estate. It will take Thailand by storm over the next two years. I am proud to be able to add to that success by running the Pattaya office. Pattaya has a unique offering to both the residential and commercial investor alike with its combination of beach location, established infrastructure and close proximity to Bangkok.
The new airport will enable foreign visitors to disembark and simply head west for Bangkok or east for Pattaya. These are very exciting times within the booming real estate industry in Thailand for all of us involved.”
