The residential sales that are achieved throughout Thailand represent 3-6% commission, commercial sales represent 10%.
The cost of a license is only 1.6M. Baht (40,000 USD / 22,000 Pounds Sterling) which is less than the cost of most 3 year leases on small businesses which include beer bars, restaurants, guest houses which offer only limited earning potential. The license fee includes company formation, non-immigrant (B) visa and work permit. Property Shops Ltd., will provide all necessary support in respect of training, administration, contracts, websites, national advertising, marketing and ongoing assistance. The commission fee's payable to the 'licensor' represent just 20% over all sales. The remaining 80% of all sales commissions is YOURS!!
The 'license' is
