Thailand Property
Shops is proud to announce the continued expansion of its
real estate business in Thailand. The Pattaya Property Shop
has been open now for two months and has already proven a
very successful venture. With a good deal of business
already underway, there are now also big plans in place to
make this shop one of the major real estate offices in the
area.
Successful
operations in Phuket and Hua Hin provided the incentive to
expand across the whole of Thailand. This new office on the
Jomtien/Pattaya borders covers the whole of the Eastern
Seaboard at present for both residential and commercial
property. There is a team of professionals, both Thai
nationals and foreign, able to cope with just about any
property-related request. In addition, they have made quite
a name for themselves for having access to just about any
other useful information a newcomer to Pattaya might need.
The Managing
Director of the Pattaya office, Paul Bart, was keen to build
on the existing success of the Thailand Property Shops
group. He says, “The Pattaya Property Shop office has
already been a huge success. We specialise in looking after
customers, nothing more and nothing less. We offer the same
professional service to both short-term renters and seasoned
investors alike. Service is the name of the game for us.”
Pattaya is a booming area of Thailand for both residential
and commercial real estate. Only 50 minutes from the new
Bangkok airport, it has 20 golf courses, 7 international
schools, 15kms of beachfront, 19 industrial estates, 12
shopping centres and 7 nearby islands offering pristine
beaches and virgin dive sites.

The Pattaya office of Thailand Property Shops is run by Paul Bart.
Paul brings with him a wealth of business experience to add to the leading independent real estate group in Thailand, Thailand Property Shops. A graduate of Cambridge University with an MA in languages and psychology, Paul has combined a successful sales and management career in the UK with extensive travel across Thailand and Asia.
In the UK, Paul set up and ran several insurance and real estate offices for a major real estate brand before establishing his own consulting business with clients across the world. He has a passion for Thailand like so many of us and will now settle in the Pattaya area to run this office for Thailand Property Shops.
