The licensee of Hua Hin Property Shop
The new licensee is
relocating from Hong Kong where he has spent the last 3 yrs
performing Senior Management roles within the Financial
Services and Property arenas.
In all, he has now served 18yrs within Financial services,
mostly in the UK, starting as an Independent Financial
Adviser, through Sales Management, Business Consulting and
Business Development for Blue Chip Financial Institutions.
The new licensee was able to specialize in advising real estate companies
in setting up financial services operations and has been
involved in setting up Recruitment companies, Financial
Networks and IT services. After successfully working for
others, he is enthusiastic to put his business knowledge to
good use in now owning his own business.
Hua Hin is a place that the new licensee has grown to love over the last
3 yrs, being a frequent visitor, which has resulted in a land
purchase with his Thai sister-in-law and brother and hope to
have a home completed during 2005.
The existing Hua Hin Property Shop, located on the main road,
nearly opposite the entrance to the Marriot Hotel, is being
expanded giving over five times more floor space. He is
hoping that the new office space will accommodate his
clientele with comfortable surroundings. "I am looking to
provide an environment where I can showcase local developer
building projects and individual private property sales using
advanced technology such as video clips projected on to a
large screen". All properties will have the advantage of being
advertised with up most exposure. Property purchasers will be
able to relax in a child friendly, spacious environment where
customer service will be paramount using a full consultative
appraisal of their property requirements.
"Through networking in Asia, I have been able to compile a
large database of high net worth individuals who are potential
property purchasers for second homes and investment
opportunities. It will be my role to sell the virtues of
owning property in a beautiful area such as Hua Hin and to
attract these individuals to come take a look with the use of
regular marketing strategies".
I am also happy to have an arrangement with the largest real
estate agent in Hong Kong, with over 50 branches, who will
provide our listing details to their clients.
In addition I will be working with 2 International Property
Clubs that buy, on bulk, mainly off-plan properties. Both
clubs have memberships in the region of 3,000 experienced
investors who buy investment properties.
The licensee is also reestablishing relationships with real estate
agents in the UK and Spain for the purpose of marketing our
properties.
With the potential customers in place, I am pleased to invite
local developers and individuals to contact myself, without
delay, for adding their properties to our listings for a
competitive fee.
He will also be introducing an International financial
planning arm to the business, specializing in property and
business purchase financing, investment advice and insurance
such as private medical.
